
The registration process
first entails a non-obligatory 15 minute
initial consultation with the principal
to discuss the various programs & what
would be the best for you &/or your
child(ren). At this initial meeting, you
will take some information home with you
to review.
Only after you’ve decided
on the program(s) that interest you, call
the administrator to let her know exactly
which program(s) you wish to register for.
Please give her the days available for lessons
& a preferable time frame (we ask for
a 2 or 3 hour window—please be specific
& keep the winter months in mind).
The administrator will
prepare your registration agreement &
schedule a time for you to complete registration.
Registration takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
We ask that you take your time to read carefully
the registration forms so that all policies
are understood clearly.
To complete registration,
it is necessary to submit the following:
a) |
a completed &
signed registration form |
b) |
currently dated cheque to cover the first 5 and last 5 classes of the academic year, registration fee
& YRCM study manual |
c) |
post dated cheques
for the remainder of the terms as outlined in your registration agreement |
Payment Semesters
Currently dated cheque covers the first 5 & last 5 classes of the academic year, registration fee & YRCM study manual.
